Is there such a thing as a biblical weight loss program? Well, today is another Q&A episode, and our topic for today is all about the biblical weight loss program!
1. I just want to be with like minded group of Christians who want to be healthy and be able to fulfill God’s purpose for us. I went to look at food and nutrition how God intended. – Kelly
When we use food as the backdrop to fellowship, the celebration in the background, and not as the focus, we get to experience more of him, and less constipation, inflammation, headaches and more things like that.
Food has a rightful place in our lives. And when it is positioned correctly, we live abundantly and have fulfilling lives. food can be the greatest stumbling block, or it can be the greatest teacher. Well, we use it as a teacher in our biblical weight loss program.
2. There seems like there are a lot of things going on all at once in the Biblical Nutrition Academy. What 1-2-3 things do I need to do first? – Wendy
Everyone is at different stages in their journey. So we’re trying to help people at every stage. And this is a really good question. First, start with the seven steps to amazing biblical health https://thebiblicalnutritionist.com/free-7-steps-to-amazing-biblical-health/. And don’t rush this, this is not seven days, it’s a process. And I want you to work through every step.
Then move to the 40 day transformation https://thebiblicalnutritionist.com/40-days-to-health-and-being-satisfied-fast/. Again, this is not really a 40 day journey. It can take 40 days to really get your mindset correct with God’s word. But then take each step at one at a time until you’ve completed each step and you really feel like you’ve mastered it, then move on to the next step. And if you need to go through this more than once, that’s super, because you’re going to be at a different point spiritually every time you go through it.

Meditate on that verse first thing in the morning and then again throughout the day. Insert your own name into that verse and say it out loud again. Now if you get into a negotiating with yourself about food, whether or not you’re going to follow your plan that you wrote out the day before, then I want you to pull out your advantage cards and I want you to read them out loud.
3. In consideration of the biblical weight loss programs that you offer, what order of study would you recommend for someone just starting the journey to healthy living? – Wendy

5. Can I see success stories? I needed an infusion of hope to try yet again to lose weight to stop compulsive eating and sugar binges. – Julie
First is Todd – he stopped his compulsive eating even during tax time because he’s a CPA and he lost 30 pounds. Joan is down to 50 pounds . It doesn’t even need her thyroid medication that her doctor was insistent that she started taking now our doctor is encouraged and how well john is doing. Julie, Julie is down 45 pounds and reaching for more. And she took the chance of making her own bread. And then also the hunger satisfied journal that made this difference in her life from being just another plan.
Now, let me just say, this is not just another attempt to lose weight, this is a chance to look into why you are overweight and address the roots. When we look at the roots, we see the reason. It could be your thoughts. It could be habits, it could be relationships, it could be other issues, it could be hormonal, to change our beliefs. We need to recognize eating healthy is fun, and it’s rewarding.
