1. I just found you on YouTube and had been loving all of the great information you provide. I’m quickly approaching 47 years old, and I have struggled in the last few years with weight gain, food sensitivity, and inflammation. I’m learning a lot from your channel. The last few years, we have seen a combination of chemicals in our food system. Science is showing the toxicity load in everyone is higher than it’s ever been in our lifetime. Now this is playing a huge role and you are struggling to lose weight and learning how to stop gaining weight. This is also why you’re dealing with food sensitivities and inflammation. It’s all tied together. It’s because of the increase in chemicals.
The number of chemicals and additives have escalated by the millions in our food, not just by a couple 100 people want new flavors, they want the all new natural, which is not usually natural. Well, this is causing the food sensitivities affecting everyone.
People eat out a lot more at restaurants, which is also food that can be covered with synthetic fillers.
